Becoming a senior caregiver in Illinois changed everything

Our personal health information organizers were inspired by founder Denise Pozen’s experiences helping her family cope with various medical issues, including symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease.

“Once upon a time, there was a family doctor that knew everything about my loved ones. This doctor provided a continuum of care, helping us through colds, broken bones and the most serious of medical conditions. But times changed and the story needed to be rewritten.”

As she became a caregiver for aging parents, Ms. Pozen recognized that seeing a dizzying array of healthcare providers required individuals to keep better track of appointments, prescriptions, tests, diagnosis, immunizations and other elements of their family’s medical history. That’s why So Tell Me… offers five different medical organizers and several separate binders, including a special Senior Edition with larger print and spacing in a binder given an Ease-Of-Use Commendation by the Arthritis Foundation®.
